Handmade greeting card with a color photo on the front. Stamped on back of card: Photography by Kay Winters. The photo was taken by Kay, depicting the row of forsythia bushes on Main Street in Dayton near the Bluestone Building (Justice Court), looking towards the water tank. Inside the card is a handwritten note to Laura and Stony [Tennant]. She was well known locally for her handmade cards with her photos. This is just one example of cards created and given over decades. Kay continued the practice into her 100's. Size: 5 x 6.5" |
