The estate of Chester Barton was inherited by M. Boyd, a friend of the family. Along with the photo are the following documents: 1. Mortgage Clause form, dated May 15, 1972, issued to James W. Teegarden and Winston M. Tennant. Insurance loss, if any, to be paid to Chester and Helen Barton. 2. Endorsement of insurance policy for above document. 3. Typed letter on pink paper addressed to First National Bank of Nevada in Carson City, dated May 5, 1972. Letter is unsigned.References a promissory note of $15,000.00. |
