Description |
Color photo of the Carson & Colorado RR Depot burning down. The fire was started by an arsonist and destroyed the historic train depot in Dayton. The Lyon County fire dept. was able to save nearby buildings. The photo was taken by Mark Tookey, as he was stopped at the traffic light on Hwy 50; he took the picture with his camera phone. Photo is framed and displayed in the open doorway to the annex. |
