Description |
Jim Benson, Wall Hanging, quilt. Has ten pictures and a panoramic view of Old Dayton, taken at the cemetery. It was raffled by the Ladies of Dayton High School Boosters 1990-1991. Del Minor used historical Dayton photos from Will Scott, that she enlarged herself from negatives. A new method of transferring photos to fabric with glue. She designed the quilt and included embroidered labels for each photo. Raffled and won by Jim Benson who gave it back to the town of Dayton for the museum. It was hung in the bank and the Justice Court at different times. |
